Cook N Home 11-Quart Stainless Steel Steam Juice Extractor

This steam juice extractor from Cook N Home is designed for turning fresh fruit into juice, jelly, or syrup, using just a stovetop and steam. The set includes a water cooking pan, juice pan, strainer/steamer pan, lid, and hose with clamp.

Each level is made from stainless steel with an aluminum-layered base for even, quick heat distribution and no hot spots. Side loop handles on each level make the stacked unit safe to carry, and the secure-fitting lid has its own loop handle to help hold in heat and moisture.

To use, fruit goes in the top level and water in the bottom; as the water boils, steam extracts juice that collects in the center level and can be drawn off through the hose. With the center level and tube removed, the set also works as a standalone steamer. It's safe to use on any stovetop, including induction, and is dishwasher safe, though hand washing is recommended.
